THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION
To maintain an
organization where by the Principle of "Once a Coldstreamer always a
Coldstreamer"
To bring to the notice of
Regimental Headquarters any cases deserving of assistance from
Regimental funds, which are at the disposal of the Regimental
Lieutenant-Colonel.
To assist members who
are leaving or who have left the Regiment to obtain employment.
By collective effort on
the part of Branches and by individual on the part of members to obtain recruits for the Regiment.
To organize meetings
of members of each Branch including its Annual Dinner, Memorial Parade
and Social events.
BRANCHES
There are thirty five main Branches
with one Sub-Branch within the United Kingdom and a Branch in Canada. There are currently 3258 Members of the Coldstream Association
which is
actively recruiting new Members. The Branch welcomes new Members from
within the County of Somerset, outside and including persons living
abroad.
